It was a pleasure to do business with Darren, a genuinely nice person and a true professional. Communication was good from start to finish, the work was priced fairly and carried out to a very high standard. A reliable and skilled individual, I would happily look to hire Darren again for future projects and recommend him highly.

Darren arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He brought the pieces of wood which he'd cut in advance for the job, just as he said he would, and did a very neat, excellent job. My patio door threshold and wood surrounding the patio door have been transformed! He also cleared up after himself. He suggested a suitable colour to stain the new wood as well. I'd definitely hire Darren again and have already asked him for a quote for another job which needs to be done.

Repair of rotten first floor window sills.
Darren was a pleasure to work with from the very outset.He responded promptly and professionally, clearly knew what he was talking about and his enthusiasm for his work was both refreshing and reassuring. I explained what I needed and Darren came around, measured the windows and went back to his worshop and made identical windows then came and fitted them. A perfect job. Darren was friendly, helpful and professional and clearly an expert in his field. I’d highly recommend him. I would also say he’s willingly to travel as his workshop was a thirty mile trip from us and didn’t he didn’t regard it as a problem.

We hired Darren to repair a rotten frame to our bay window. He was punctual, polite and enthusiastic on every visit, despite the cold weather and occasional rain. Very knowledgeable and very skilled in his trade and we will definitely be hiring him again to continue repairs and upgrades on our sash windows. 10/10 service :) thank you again, Darren!
